So I walk in early Saturday to drop my shoes off two pairs of my dress shoes to be shined and have heel protectors installed. He had a lot of shoes that he was working on so I knew that it would  take a while. However, he asks me when do I need them. Reluctantly I said " I'd really like them today if possible" he then a ask me what time. I'm thinking are you freakin serious he was slammed. I told him 3pm would work for me. He told me to be back at 3pm and he had them waiting for me. He's a true professional and I highly recommend him.

Couldn't recommend this business any more!
Took a 6 year old pair of Allen Edmonds in that had severe sole and water damage (holes through the cork liner) in to get re-soled. A quick turn around had them looking better than new! Was so impressed I brought in my new AE's for heel caps and sole protecters.

I purchased new orthotic sandals for my morton's neuroma (no fun having that!), and the shoes were super cute (rare for orthotics), but not quite wide enough.   I brought them here and a few days later, I have cute, longer straps on the sandals and they fit like a glove!  I couldn't be more pleased with the results and highly recommend!

My wife, son and self been taking shoes to Dave for years. he can fix anything, luggage, he can bring old and abused shoes back to life. Completely trustworthy, I just tell him to do what he thinks, I am happy, always.

Best prices, Top quality workmanship, Quick turnaround. Nice guy let out my belt and fixed my boots so well you can't tell they were ever broken. Plus, they look like new again. Highly recommended!

I had read good reviews about this shoe repair shop, so I tried it out, and was impressed with the outcome. As far as I can tell, the owner, David, does all the work himself. He is good and fast. He stretched my new pair of Frye boots which were a bit tight on the calf and now they not only fit my legs perfectly, they also go on easier because he stretched the instep. He also re-dyed a faded black leather Coach purse that I had paid Coach to restore, at the suggestion of employees at the North Point Coach store. Coach had taken my money to restore it but sent the purse (not the money) back to me without working on it, saying that there was nothing they could do about it and that the purse had fulfilled its purpose and reached the end of its usable lifetime. But a week after I gave it to him, David handed me back a purse that looks and feels new again. He also did a beautiful job putting protective half-soles on my J Crew tall leather-soled boots. Finally, I brought him a woven leather belt that was unraveling and too big. Within 5 minutes, in fact while he was talking to me, he removed the solid piece of leather connecting the woven part and the buckle, cut the belt to the size I wanted, and stitched the connector piece back on so well that it was impossible to tell the stitching had been replaced. You can bet I will be bringing him all of my leather repairs from now on.

This is the best shoe repair shop I have found! The owner is always courteous and knowledgeable, his expertise is invaluable and the prices are very reasonable. If you have shoes that needs fixing or a handbag in need of a repair make sure you stop by this place!

Superior Craftsmanship
I found this shoe repair shop on Kudzu and had read all the outstanding reviews. I went by the shop on my way to exercise and the owner, Mr. Rafalov, said the shoes would be ready in an hour and they were. Mr. Rafalov took care of replacing heels, adding heel plates on 2 pair of shoes along with shining them before I left. He is very personable and provides high quality work. I'm sold on Mr. Rafalov and his work - I would highly recommend his services. Great Guy!!!!

Had worn a hole in the sole of my favorite pair of Allen Edmonds. Didn't want to take them to one of the many dry cleaners who double as shoe repair stores. Took them to David for repair, and could not be happier with the outstanding job he did. I would be confident taking any pair of shoes needing any type of repair work to him in the future. You won't go wrong.... FYI, the store is in the shopping center with the Kroger, just a few doors down on the left (if facing the Kroger)

I had to find a place to dye my wedding shoe to match my eggshell bridal gown. I had to leave my gown with David so he could match the color. He took good care of my dress and did an amazing dye job on my shoes! They were perfect! Very happy with the service! Quality Service!!

I recently moved to the Johns Creek area and took my Florsheim Limited Brogues to David to have a Vibram Christy sole put on them. He did a fantastic job. Resoling them in this manner was not a straightforward task (plus he had to order the sole), but he finished them for me in less than a week and they look great. I highly recommend him for your shoe repairs. He is a pro.

The Best Shoe Repair!
I have also been very pleased with the outstanding work David performs. His work on shoes is impeccable combined with a fair price. I have brought him challenging leather repairs including a Coach purse repair for my wife. Coach stated that it could not be repaired. David repaired it within a day. David and I share a great interest in The Beatles. His walls are covered with some great Beatle posters. David is an honest man who treats his customers very well.

I was visiting Atlanta when the heel of my pump suddenly broke. My friends recommended to me this Shoe Repair as best in the area. Place is absolutely fantastic! The owner is very friendly, polite, and provides awesome service with reasonable price. My shoe looked like a new! Very pleased with quick and efficient service!

This place is golden. Fixed my favorite belt, keeps my shoes like BRAND NEW. I was on a business trip in Chicago and stepped into a huge muddy slush puddle. Went to a shoe place to have my nice boots cleaned. They still smelled when I got them back. Took them to David when I got home - he is a magic man! Now they are sweet again (and no salt stains). Thank you!

David is a very dedicated and skilled craftsman. It is so refreshing to transact business with someone who understands the value of worn and used items. So many of those in retail today simply cannot be bothered to repair anything; they urge us to discard and buy the newer or updated version. The "newer" version typically is of much lower quality than the original.

David's professionalism is by far better than any other that I had encountered elsewhere and from the very first time I meet him at his old location in the NorthPointe Mall, I just felt comfortable speaking with him and felt his services would meet my expectations and the results was beyond what I had imagined to winning me as a loyal customer. Since he has relocated to his new location in Alpharetta, I have continued to be a loyal valid customer because I trust him as business owner and his excellent services has been consistent over the years in which I recommend others to bring their leather personal goods to be repaired or restored back to new for which seemed gone through wear and tear from usage of the item.
Description of work:
David restored both pairs of my black leather Hush Puppies 'G' Zeros back to new, I was very impressed by his craftsmanship.

My shoes were many years old but the uppers were still in good shape. On two of the pairs David replaced the full soles (at my request) and on the other half soles. The shoes with full soles look new. One of the pairs I needed the next day and he told me to come back before closing and he would have that pair ready. I got tied up and did not make it back. Early the next morning I picked them up and found out that he had waited past closing time for me to come by. I appreciated that very much. He told me that one pair was very good shoes and recommended that brand when I buy shoes in the future. At this point when I need to buy another pair, I will get David's recommendation beforehand. I also discovered that he does shoe shines. I don't like to shine shoes and asked him if he knew of a shoe shine place in the community. He told me he does shoe shines and I have since had shoes shined several times. If you need shoe work, he is your guy.
